Founder of Omega Planners
Nicholas Fiaschetti
Nicholas (Nick) Fiaschetti is a Harrisburg, Pennsylvania native with a passion for serving others, both in his military career and as a dedicated attorney. His journey began at The Pennsylvania State University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in 2009. Following his time at Penn State, Nick chose to serve his country by enlisting in the United States Army. For four years, he served as a combat medic, a role that placed him in the midst of some of the most challenging and intense situations a soldier can face. His service included a deployment in 2012 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, where he provided critical medical care and support to his fellow soldiers.
After his honorable military service, Nick turned his focus toward the legal field. He enrolled at Widener Commonwealth Law School, where he earned his law degree in 2017. His legal education equipped him with a solid foundation in law, and he quickly realized that his true passion lay in estate planning and estate administration. This area of law allowed him to continue serving others, particularly seniors and families, by helping them navigate the often complex and emotional decisions surrounding estate distribution, Medicaid planning, and other legal matters related to aging and end-of-life planning.
Nickā€™s practice primarily focuses on estate planning and estate administration, areas in which he has successfully assisted countless clients. His approach is personal, empathetic, and tailored to each client's unique situation. Estate planning is not just about preparing documents for Nick; it's about understanding the personal and family dynamics of each client. He takes the time to truly get to know his clients, learning about their families, financial situations, and personal wishes. This personalized approach allows him to create estate plans that reflect each client's desires and provide peace of mind that their legacy will be preserved according to their wishes.
One of Nickā€™s specialties is helping seniors create strategies for structuring their estate distribution, often in complex situations. He recognizes that every family is different, and he works diligently to craft estate plans that protect assets while taking into account the individual needs of his clients. He also assists clients with Medicaid planning, a highly technical and often confusing area of the law. Through careful planning and thoughtful strategies, Nick helps clients qualify for Medicaid benefits while protecting their assets to the greatest extent possible.
In addition to his legal expertise, Nick takes a team approach to estate planning. He frequently collaborates with other professionals, such as financial advisors, accountants, and healthcare specialists, to provide his clients with comprehensive estate plans. This multi-disciplinary approach ensures that all aspects of a clientā€™s estate plan are carefully considered, from legal and financial matters to healthcare concerns.
Beyond his work in estate planning, Nick has also successfully assisted clients in other areas of law, including Pennsylvania administrative agency appeals, business transactions, and civil litigation. His broad range of experience allows him to provide well-rounded advice and representation to his clients.
Through his military service and his legal career, Nick Fiaschetti has consistently demonstrated his commitment to helping others. His work as an estate planning attorney allows him to make a meaningful difference in the lives of his clients, particularly seniors and families facing challenging decisions. His dedication to personalized service, collaboration with other professionals, and deep understanding of the law make him a trusted advisor and advocate for those seeking to protect their legacy and navigate complex legal issues.
